CHAK Guest House & Conference Centre has 3 Conference Halls and 2 Breakaway Rooms. The Halls have a seating capacity that ranges between 20 – 80 people arranged in either U-shape, Classroom or Theatre style. The Conference Rooms are well lit with both natural and electric lighting.

Our Conference Package includes; mineral water, writing pads & pens, flip charts, LCD projectors, Overhead projector, TV and DVD player. We are ready to discuss and facilitate your specific conference needs.

All Conference Rooms are served by wireless internet services. Tea and snacks for conferencing guests are served at the relaxing terrace with umbrella shade seating that naturally facilitates informal networking. For conferencing teams who require breakaway rooms, we have a choice of two breakaway rooms and open terrace breakaway setting.

An automatic backup power Generator and Borehole water source provide assurance for uninterrupted meeting services.
